Did that feeling just arise from nowhere for no reason? No, because for every effect there is a corresponding cause, right? Now that you’re observing your thinking and the action of your mind, notice the correlation between the thought you just thought and the feeling that immediately followed it. In every case you’ll discover that the feeling arose due to your thoughts about something.
The feeling you get is in the pit of your stomach. Don’t take my word for it, observe it in yourself.
Here’s the thing, as each person moves into higher states of awareness, they become aware of their emotional guidance system.
